

BIO
Paulina de la Parra is a Mexican actress now based in New York City, she started her acting career in her beloved Mexico City, participating in the original cast of Vive un Nuevo Musical as well as Elphaba in Wicked, Eponine in Les Misérables and Belle in Beauty and the Beast among others.
Since moving to New York some of her most recent work includes Tonya Pinkin’s Truth and Reconciliation of Womyn at the #HealMeToo Festival, Vocal Ease (Feinstein’s/54 Below) as a Lead vocalist, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park in their season 2021-22 as well as being part of the Manhattan Film Festival’s winning movie musical “Plus One”.
Paulina is also heavily involved and passionate for social change, traveling and making the world a more human and empathic one through art. Her goal is to portray Mexico (and Latinas!) in a positive light.

Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park TYA Touring company 2021-22 Season: Paulina will be performing with the Touring TYA cast of “Hare and Tortoise” by Brendan Murray as Hare, as well as Flotsam in “The Little Mermaid” with the Two time Tony Award Winning: Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park. Playhouse is proud to partner with many of the region's community arts centers and other community venues to bring three plays "off the hill" to families throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. This season we will open with a virtual and live productions.
